Georgia is a Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor who combines strength training and Pilates to help people move better, get stronger, and feel more confident in their bodies.
With over 10 years of training experience, she understands that fitness isn’t just about how you look – it’s about how you feel, move, and live. Her coaching focuses on building sustainable habits, improving movement quality, and achieving lasting results without extreme restrictions.
Whether the goal is fat loss, building strength, improving mobility, increasing confidence in the gym, or simply feeling healthier and more energised, Georgia provides the guidance, accountability, and support needed to help clients succeed.
She believes fitness should enhance life, not control it.
Georgia’s journey into fitness started long before she became a coach.
As a child, she spent many years figure skating, developing an early appreciation for movement, discipline, and athleticism. As she got older, she began attending fitness classes with her mum and auntie, where she discovered a love for exercise and challenging herself physically.
She later found her way onto the gym floor, with her auntie helping her build confidence and learn the foundations of strength training. It wasn’t long before she realised that fitness was something she wanted to pursue professionally. While studying at university, she completed her Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification and began teaching group exercise classes.
Over the following years, Georgia worked within children’s and family fitness, helping people of all ages develop confidence through movement and exercise.
Wanting to challenge herself further, she later stepped into the world of bodybuilding and spent several years competing. The experience taught her a huge amount about training, nutrition, discipline, and what the human body is capable of achieving. However, after moving to London, she realised that constantly chasing perfection and living by strict rules wasn’t the lifestyle she wanted long-term.
That experience shaped the way she coaches today.
Georgia now helps people achieve incredible results without sacrificing their social lives, relationships, or enjoyment of food. Her approach combines the strength and resilience developed through resistance training with the control, mobility, and body awareness cultivated through Pilates, helping clients build a strong, healthy body that supports the life they want to live.
